The Use of Domestic Components in Electrical Power Generation Facilities Based on Renewable Energy Sources

Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources of Turkish Government renew the regulation on the use of domestic components in renewable energy based electrical power generation facilities. According to this regulation, government pays more USA cents/Turkish "kuruş" per kWh electricity produced than other renewable energy based facilities which have domestic goods certificate (products that local contribute rate is over %51 get that). Official Electronic Meetings Are Know Possible in Associations and Foundations

Electronic meetings are possible and valid at commercial associations for a long time. From now on general assemblies and board meetings can be made in electronic environment that is approved by Information and Communication Technologies Authority at associations and foundations. All kinds of information, documents and records regarding the meetings held in the electronic environment are kept by the association. Producing and Using TR QR Code in Payment Services

The purpose of this Regulation is to regulate the procedures and principles regarding the production and use of TR QR Code in payment services.

TR QR Code has been defined as these qr codes established in accordance with the procedures and principles in the Technical Document and can be used for payments within the scope of Law No. 6493 Dynamic QR Code has been defined as specially produced single use qr codes for individual payment process to be used. Regulatory Decision of the Information Technology and Communication Board on the Social Network Providers

The purpose of these procedures and principles is to determine the obligations of the social network provider and the procedures and principles regarding the implementation of these obligations. These rules are going to regulate domestic or international social network providers with more than one million daily accesses. Personal websites, e-commerce and news sites are not being covered with this regulation where content for social interaction is subsidiary. Social network providers that originating from abroad must designate at least one authorized person as a representative in Türkiye. All providers have to host data of users from Türkiye in Türkiye. Processing Personal Data and Protection of Privacy in the Electronic Communications Industry

The purpose of this Regulation is to determine the procedures and principles for the processing of personal data and the protection of confidentiality in the electronic communication sector in order to protect the privacy of private life and the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals.

Operator has been defined as a company that provides e-communication services and/or provides electronic communication network and operates its infrastructure within the framework of authorization. Operators must take necessary measures in order to keeping their users' personal data safe and the security of their services. Prohibition of Using Crypto Assets in Payments

The Central Bank of the Turkish Republic issued highly important bylaw about crypto assets. According to this regulation, crypto assets cannot be used in payment transactions directly or indirectly. In the meantime services cannot be provided for the direct or indirect use of crypto assets in payments.
